Travel Clinic

The Travel Clinic is run by specialists from the Department of Infectious Disease.

Our team of doctors and nurses offer comprehensive pre-travel advice and country specific recommendations prior to your trip.

Clinical Services

The services we offer in the clinic include:

  • Country specific health advice 
  • Full range of travel vaccines 
  • Latest international travel health news based on international disease outbreak
  • Anti Malarial prophylaxis and prevention advice 
  • Altitude sickness advice and prevention 
  • Health screening and vaccination for overseas study / attachment requirement (Appointment with a doctor is required)
  • Post travel consultation and treatment including post rabies exposure prophylaxis, malaria treatment, traveler’s diarrhoea and other infections
  • Occupational health vaccinations : vaccinations for healthcare worker, laboratory workers and others 
  • Non travel related eg: TB screening (Appointment with a doctor is required)

It is advisable to visit the Travel Clinic 4-6 weeks before travelling. Travel Clinic only sees patients 16 years old and above.
