How to view the estimated inpatient bill before your admission?

Admissions Buddy, is an online service that allows patients to review their financial counselling information at their convenience. The information provided includes an estimated cost of your admission / day surgery / endoscopy, for the purpose of selecting the most appropriate ward type based on your needs and means.

• Understand your estimated cash payment
• Compare cost and request for a change in your preferred ward type
• Make online payment for deposit prior to admission

Please note that your preferred ward type is subjected to availability on the actual day of admission.

Admissions Buddy is not available to those who are admitted urgently from the Specialist Outpatient Clinics, Accident & Emergency or transferred directly from other healthcare institutions.

How to use AdmissionBuddy to view Your Estimated Bill Online?

Step 1: Access AdmissionBuddy by clicking on the "Access AdmissionBuddy now" button above.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the SingPass webpage. Enter your SingPass ID and password to log in.

Step 3: You may be prompted to give consent for usage of Medisave / MediShield Life.

Step 4: Click “View” to see your estimated bill. If you have multiple upcoming admissions, you will be able to “View” each estimated bill from this page.

Step 5: The estimated bill and amenities of your chosen ward type will be presented to you. You may also request to change your ward type through this page.
