What is HealthierSG?

HealthierSG is a national movement that focuses on helping you stay healthy and take charge of your own health. By signing up, you can choose a family doctor that will work closely with you to support your health needs throughout your life.

Your doctor will create a health plan just for you, starting with an overview of your current health, medical needs, and personal health goals. Together, you’ll decide on steps to improve your health, like making lifestyle changes or managing your weight. With regular check-ins, your doctor will monitor your progress and make adjustments to help you stay on track.

Am I eligible for HealthierSG?

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged ≥ 40 years old can enrol in Healthier SG using the HealthHub app.

How to enrol in HealthierSG?

Step 1:

Enrolment

Download the HealthHub app to enrol yourself with your preferred family doctor!

Step 2:

Select your preferred clinic

Once you logged into HealthHub, search for a clinic by postal code, distance or keyword.

You may wish to use Healthier SG GoWhere to locate an enrolment station or Healthier SG clinic.

Check out the step-by-step enrolment guide.

Step 3:

Book your first consultation

Use the HealthHub App to book your first appointment with your HealthierSG doctor, which is fully subsidized and discuss your Health Plan!

Step 4:

Complete your Health Plan and Receive your Health Points

Complete your Health Plan with your HealthierSG doctor and view it on Health Hub.

Receive and redeem your Health Points on Healthy 365.

Step 5:

Participate and follow-up

Join recommended health programmes and activities via the Healthy 365 app.

Follow up with your HealthierSG doctor during your next HealthierSG Plan check-in.

Talk to your HealthierSG doctor about the progress and outcomes of your health goals.
