Unwell visitors and accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter the premises. All are required to complete a Declaration Form* before entry.

• Each inpatient is allowed 1 designated visitor.
• Patients going to the clinics are allowed 1 accompanying person.

非病患，如身体不适一概禁止进入。所有病患和访客必须先填妥申报表*。

• 每名住院病患只允许1名固定访客。
• 每名门诊病患只允许1名随行者。

Under the Infectious Diseases Act, anyone making false declarations can be prosecuted. 在新加坡传染病法令下，作虚假声明是违法的。
