Our Glomerulonephritis (GN) service offers comprehensive consultations and care for patients with all types of Glomerulonephritis (GN) and renal vasculitis. We guide you through every step—from explaining your kidney biopsy results in clear, understandable terms, discussing the full range of treatment options, including immunosuppressive therapies when appropriate, and providing support and care during your treatment through in-person and video consults, monitoring of patient-reported outcome measures, and individualized patient education resources.
We work closely with the Autoimmunity and Rheumatology Centre to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with autoimmune conditions such as lupus nephritis, ANCA-associated vasculitis, and many more. This collaborative approach ensures that you receive coordinated care from specialists across different fields, optimising treatment for complex autoimmune-related kidney diseases.
Our team is also actively involved in both translational and clinical research aimed at improving outcomes for patients with glomerular diseases. Through the GN Disease Management Clinic (DMC), patients can participate in selected clinical trials of promising new treatments, access the latest therapies, and contribute to advances in care.
Our Genetic Kidney Clinic (GKC) is led by genetic nephrologists who are part of the national Renal Alliance for Precision Diagnosis in Singapore (RAPIDS), a multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional team of nephrologists, geneticists, genetic counsellors, bioinformaticians, coordinators and laboratory scientists. The GKC offers individualized genetic risk assessment, counselling and testing to facilitate molecular diagnostics and precision medicine in glomerulonephritides. The GKC is also active in patient engagement and empowerment through activities such as “Patients and Family Day”.

The Onconephrology Service is a dedicated program focused on the management of kidney diseases in patients with cancer. Renal complications may arise from the underlying malignancy itself or a result of cancer-related treatments such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation. While the primary focus is on cancer-related kidney issues, the service also provides support for patients with chronic kidney disease in the context of cancer care. The service provides a streamlined, fast-track pathway for timely evaluation and intervention, minimizing delays in oncologic care. Through a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach, the service works closely with Oncology and other specialties to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care tailored to this complex population.
