If the patient had been vaccinated for COVID-19, please include this in the "Clin Diag/Info" section of the order form. It is recommended that other Practitioners discuss the appropriateness of this serology test with an Infectious Disease Physician and the potential implications and further management of their patient prior to sending sample. |
