Living with HIV can come with unique emotional, mental, and social challenges. Beyond medical care, many people value a safe space where they can connect with others who understand their experiences, feel supported, and gain confidence in managing their well‑being.

Empowered Living provides a safe and confidential space for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) to connect, share experiences, and support one another. The group aims to foster a sense of community and empowerment, helping members cope with the challenges of living with HIV while supporting mental well‑being and overall quality of life.

Facilitated by trained professionals or peer leaders, Empowered Living offers a non‑judgemental and supportive environment where members can learn, grow, and navigate their HIV journey together. Through shared experiences and mutual encouragement, the group supports individuals in accessing information related to treatment, prevention, and wellness.
