On the day of your Video Consultation

Tips to a good Video Consultation
  1. Find a comfortable and private space with no distractions.
  2. Turn off all music/sounds and use a room with no or minimal background noise. Use of a headphone or earpiece with a microphone is encouraged.
  3. Ensure that you are in a place with good lighting, and not under a shadow.
  4. No recording is allowed (e.g. screenshot, photo, video, or audio recording).
