Please refer to Infection Control. •Probable carbapenemase producer, please refer to Infection Control. The isolate was positive for carbapenemase production by phenotypic test(s). Negative for carbapenemase production by Xpert Carba-R PCR. The Xpert Carba-R assay targets KPC, NDM, OXA-48 like, IMP-1 and VIM carbapenemase genes.
