​For SGH, this test can ONLY be ordered by the Infectious Disease Physician until further guidance is available.

The following clinical information MUST be provided on the request form:

  • COVID-19 Positive / Negative / Not tested
  •  Date of onset of clinical symptoms (should be  >= 14 days) or  date of exposure (>= 21 days)

Request without this information will automatically be REJECTED.

It is recommended that other Practitioners discuss the appropriateness of this serology test with an Infectious Disease Physician and the potential implications and further management of their patient prior to sending sample.
