Request for Scan Images

You have several options to obtain a copy of your radiological images:

1. On the Day of Your Scan
   Inform the radiographer during your appointment. A payment will be required, and your images will be provided on a USB. The USB will be ready for collection approximately one hour after your scan is completed.
   
   
2. Through Health Information Management Services (HIMS)
   Visit the HIMS webpage for more details on requesting your images.

Request for Scan Report

You can access your report through any of the following options:

1. From Your Referring Physician
   Ask your doctor for a copy of the report during your clinic appointment.
   
   
2. Through Health Information Management Services (HIMS)
   Visit the HIMS webpage for more details on how to request your report.
   
   
3. Via HealthHub
   You can also view your report online through HealthHub.
