Drug Information Service

The Drug Information Service (DIS) serves the drug information needs of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within Singapore General Hospital (not for general public access). It provides evidence-based, clinically-oriented consultations to healthcare professionals promoting quality evidence-based practices. In collaboration with the SGH Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, DIS participates in drug use evaluations and research activities and promotes rational drug use at hospital and government levels. Educational activities to healthcare professionals (including pharmacy staff) are also conducted (available upon request).
