Method	Immunofluorescence
Test Results	Screening dilution is 1:10. Results reported as Negative; or Positive for P-ANCA, C-ANCA, Atypical ANCA, Atypical P-ANCA or Atypical C-ANCA. Results are reported as Inconclusive for P-ANCA if anti-nuclear antibody is detected, as P-ANCA or atypical P-ANCA cannot be excluded. For Inconclusive or Positive results, suggest anti-MPO and anti-PR3 testing.
