Patient Liaison Service (PLS) at Singapore General Hospital is the coordinating liaison point for appointment assistance, emergency evacuation, medical enquiries and outreach events to our stakeholders.

General Practitioners (GPs) and family physicians play an important role in providing quality primary healthcare in Singapore. Patient Resources

For any request for doctor’s memos, form filling, discharge summaries or medical reports will be processed by the Medical Report Office.
