SGH was an early champion of many fair employment practices, even before the launch of the Employers’ Pledge of Fair Employment Practices in 2006 by the Tripartite Centre for Fair Employment. We ensure that fair employment principles are adhered to in all aspects of our HR practices.

The 5 principles of Fair Employment Practices are:
