Interim bills are given to patients to provide an indication of the charges incurred during the stay. Patients staying in general wards can access their interim bill anytime via MyFinancials App (an application installed on iPads by the bedside). The bedside iPads are available to all patients in general wards in SGH.
The finalised bill will only be sent after the consolidation of the services rendered and after processing the claims from the Central Provident Fund Board, such as Medisave or MediShield Life, or from their insurance company. This process will take between 3-4 weeks after your discharge from the hospital.
