Dr Neville Teo is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, and visiting consultant with the Singapore National Eye Centre, and National Cancer Centre Singapore. He is appointed Clinical Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School, and Clinical Lecturer with the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He has a subspecialty practice in Rhinology.
Dr Teo graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Medicine and completed his specialty training in Otolaryngology in Singapore in 2013. He obtained the Ministry of Health’s Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship to sub-specialize in Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery in Stanford University, School of Medicine from 2014-2015.
Dr Teo has been heading the Rhinology service in the Department since 2016. He has also been Programme Director of the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Programme from 2017, and fellowship director of the Advanced Rhinology fellowship programme in SGH. He also organizes the annual Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery Course, as part of the ENT Instructional Course Fortnight.
Dr Teo has published in peer reviewed journals, reviewed in international scientific journals, and co-written 2 book chapters. His main research interests are in chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis, and endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery.
