Physiotherapy Assessment and Management of Lower Quadrant Disorders

The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to diagnose, classify and treat patients with lower quadrant disorders. The workshop will have a good mix of theory, case discussions and practical work.

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:

• Efficiently perform a physical assessment of the hip and knee.
• Discuss and clinically reason through the differential diagnoses of common lower quadrant dysfunction.
• Formulate an effective treatment plan for lower quadrant dysfunctions.
• Interpret basic radiological findings for the knee.
