This course is an extension of Influencing Behaviour in Dementia Care Through Person-centred Approach course (Part 1). In this advanced course, participants will focus on applying knowledge gained earlier by preparing a case study of an existing patient and an Enriched Model of Dementia Care Plan. The presentation and discussion session will enable participants to deepen their understanding of the theoretical frameworks and further improve their care plan.
