To ensure a value-added clinical supervision, clinical supervisors need to be effective and efficient in supervisory skills. Organised by SGH-PGAHI in collaboration with SingHealth Allied Health Practitioners, this course aims to develop skills in supervising both students and staff in a clinical setting, especially for the new supervisors in first few years of their supervising role.
Using an evidence–based approach, this course will cover various frameworks, teaching and learning models and theories, and the application of these models to establish a robust clinical education/supervision culture within health services institutions.
