Outram Community Hospital

The 550-bed Outram Community Hospital (OCH) is housed within SingHealth Tower. Having a community hospital on campus allows SGH patients who require rehabilitative, sub-acute or palliative care to be seamlessly transferred from an acute care setting. This continuation of care offers patients an environment well-suited to their needs and focused on their wellbeing and health goals.

OCH patients will also benefit from multi-disciplinary tertiary and quaternary expertise co-located on the SGH Campus, from SGH and the 5 national specialty centres.

SingHealth Tower

In addition to OCH, these SGH outpatient and inpatient services will also operate from SingHealth Tower:

• SGH Rehabilitation Centre (relocate from National Heart Centre Singapore)
• Orthopaedic Sports & Joint Centre (relocate from Camden Medical Centre)

• SGH Rehabilitation Wards
  
• Inpatient Dialysis Centre
• Obesity Centre  
• X-ray, Ultra-Sound & CT imaging services
• Pharmacies

The Campus Logistics Hub, serving all SingHealth institutions on SGH Campus, are also based in SingHealth Tower. Other supporting facilities and services in SingHealth Tower include a central kitchen, General Services, Environmental Services, Fault Reporting Centre, Biomedical Engineering and Facilities Management and Engineering workshops and Sterile Supplies Unit.

The Executive Offices of SingHealth, SGH and SingHealth Community Hospitals is located in SingHealth Tower.

How to get there:

From Outram Park MRT Station

• Take the Blue Route Shuttle Service to SingHealth Tower/OCH (available from 2 Dec 2019)  or
• To walk, take Exit 6 from NEL station and use covered walkway along Eu Tong Sen Street (300 metres)

Enter Hospital Boulevard from New Bridge Road or Kampong Bahru Road. Carpark at SingHealth Tower basement.
