You Order, We Deliver - 5 Simple Steps

1. Login via SingPass on SingHealth Health Buddy App to retrieve and view your prescription records

If there are no available electronic prescription records retrieved, you may not have remaining medications to collect. You can request for a new top-up prescription online or use the Health Buddy app, if needed. 

OR

If you are given a printed SGH original prescription (non-electronic) for medications available at SGH, you will need to submit the prescription at any SGH pharmacy or at a Guardian Pharmacy with a pharmacist on duty.

2. Select the medication and order the quantity/duration required

Please check your order details (delivery address, contact number, medication order) before submission.

Note: Medications delivered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

​​3. Receive acknowledgement email for medication order confirmation email 

Track your order status on the Health Buddy app under "View past requests".

Request status will be changed from “New” to “Scheduled” when your order has been scheduled for delivery/collection.

​4. Receive the medications at your preferred location (Guardian pick up, PILBOX locker pick up, home or office)”

We deliver to valid local addresses within mainland Singapore (excluding offshore islands and secured areas).

Our delivery timings are:

  • Monday to Saturday: Between 10am–2pm, 2pm–6pm and 6pm–10pm
  • No delivery on Sundays, Public Holidays, and eve of the following Public Holidays – New Year, Chinese New Year, Christmas 

You will be notified when your medication parcel is out for home delivery or ready for collection from locker/Guardian

*For PILBox: Collect your medication within 48 hours from your selected pick-up date (after receiving the collection OTP via SMS). If the medication is not collected at the end of this period, it will be sent back to SGH Pharmacy. You can arrange for a second delivery (re-delivery fee of $8 applies) or collect the medication directly from SGH pharmacy.

For Saturday collection via lockers at SGH:

  • Orders must be submitted by 5pm on Friday
  • Orders submitted after 5pm on Friday: Collection available from 10am the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

 

5. Make payment online

SMS will be sent to your registered mobile phone number to inform you when your bill is ready for payment.  

You can download and pay your medication bills on Health Buddy App, online or through self-service automated stations, 7-Eleven Stores & Singapore Post Office Branches.

Note: If you need a hardcopy invoice please indicate your request when placing your order. We will mail the hardcopy invoice to your address only upon request. 

For refill of a previously submitted prescription, contact us at least 1 week before medications run out.

Can I use Medication Delivery Service?

You can use MDS if:

  • You have an SGH prescription with balance supply of the medications you wish to order
    • Note: Certain types of medications cannot be delivered. Pharmacy staff will inform you if your ordered medication cannot be delivered. 
  • You have sufficient supply of medications till planned delivery date
  • You make full payment upon receipt of tax invoice number and payable amount
    • Third party payments are not extendable to include delivery service charges
    • All items delivered are non-exchangeable nor refundable
  • You, or an authorized person (aged 18 and above), are present to receive the medications at the mutually agreed delivery date, time and location 
    • Medication parcel has to be received and signed off in person
    • A fee of $8 will be imposed for any unsuccessful delivery attempt to an incorrect or invalid address provided or if no one was present to receive the medications, and for any order amendment or cancellation within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date 
    • Additional fees apply for re-delivery, urgent delivery, multiple deliveries in a month, and bulky items

Delivery, amendment or cancellation charges are as follows:
