​Nasopharyngeal aspirate, bronchoalveolar lavage

Throat swab, sputum, endotracheal tube aspirate, pleural fluid

Biopsy/autopsy lung tissue

Send samples in Virus Transport Medium.

Storage and Transport

​Refrigerate samples until transport to laboratory. Do not freeze.
