You now have 3 convenient ways to view or change an existing appointment, or to request an appointment to see your doctor.

Option 1: View, Change or Cancel Your Existing Appointment

Patients may change or cancel your appointments directly online. This service is for all Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) appointments, except those below which require closer monitoring:

  • Centre for Assisted Reproduction, Gestational Diabetes Clinic, Health Assesment Centre, Haematology Centre, Obsterics & Gynaecology Centre, Pain Management Centre, Peritoneal Dialysis Centre, Sleep Disorders Clinic, Urology Centre
  • Allied Health appointments (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy)
  • Diagnostic Radiology services (X-ray)

Please agree to our terms:

  • Strictly for non-emergency and non-urgent cases. For medical emergency, please call 995, or visit the nearest emergency department.
  • Subject to availability of slots
  • Booking valid only when you receive an acknowledgement that your appointment has been changed
  • You have sufficient supply of medicine till your next appointment date.
