Back and Neck Pain

​Neck and back pain are among the most common musculoskeletal complaints. Physiotherapist will carry out a thorough assessment to screen, diagnose and identify causes of these neck/back pain. Thereafter, an individualized plan of treatment and management goals will be discussed with the patient. Physiotherapy interventions may include manual therapy, posture education, heat therapy, mechanical traction, electrical stimulation and therapeutic exercises as well as education to enable patients to confidently manage their pain and prevent recurrence.
