For the detection of Parvovirus B19 DNA in parvovirus-associated syndromes such as arthropathy in adults, transient aplastic crises in patients with haematologic abnormalities, severe anaemia in immunocompromised patients and fetal loss in pregnancy. |

Refrigerate sample until transfer to laboratory. Do not freeze. Sample should reach the laboratory as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after collection. |
