| Method |
Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization using direct-labelled FISH DNA probes are hybridized to target loci and analysed under fluorescence microscopy. The probes include: CEP 9, CEP 11 and CEP 15. |
| Test Results |
Positive or Negative for the FISH panel. FISH findings are reported in accordance to the International System for Human Cytogenomic Nomenclature (ISCN, 2024). |
