Neuro-Diagnostic & Therapeutic Centre (NDTC)

The Neuro-Diagnostic & Therapeutic Centre (NDTC) provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to support the care of patients with neurological conditions.

As a central hub for neuroscience investigations, NDTC brings together advanced diagnostic technologies and specialist-led procedures to support accurate diagnosis, timely intervention and coordinated care planning for a wide range of neurological conditions.

Our team works closely with neurologists, neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide specialised testing and therapeutic services for disorders affecting the brain, nerves, muscles and blood vessels.

Conditions We Support

NDTC conducts specialised investigations to support the diagnosis and management of conditions such as:

• Diffuse nerve disorders
• Carpal tunnel syndrome
• Ulnar neuropathy
• Myasthenia gravis
• Muscle disorders
• Seizures and epilepsy
• Stroke
• Carotid artery stenosis
• Intracranial artery stenosis

The centre also provides selected therapies to support stroke rehabilitation, treatment resistant depression and fibromyalgia. 

Please note that NDTC does not issue Medical Certificates (MCs). Attendance slips can be provided upon request as proof of appointment attendance.

Locations and Contact Information

NDTC operates from two laboratories within the Singapore General Hospital campus. Together, these facilities provide specialised diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic services for conditions affecting the brain, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. Patients may be scheduled to attend different locations depending on the test or procedure recommended by their doctor.
