We are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of radiologists through mentorship, clinical teaching, and fellowship opportunities.

Breast Imaging Fellowship Programme (Hands-On)

We offer a structured Breast Imaging Fellowship under the Division of Radiological Sciences, designed for radiologists with at least two years of postgraduate training. This hands-on programme provides immersive training in:

  • Screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Tomosynthesis
  • Contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM)
  • Breast ultrasound and MRI
  • Active participation in image-guided procedures, including ultrasound-, stereotactic-, and MRI-guided biopsies

Fellows also participate in:

  • Multidisciplinary tumour board discussions
  • Case reviews
  • Ongoing research projects

They are mentored in:

  • Protocol development
  • Clinical decision-making
  • Academic presentation and publication

Duration:
The fellowship runs for 6 months to 1 year, with two intakes per year. It is ideal for both local and international radiologists seeking practical, high-volume experience in a tertiary academic setting.

We welcome international fellows from diverse cultural backgrounds, whose unique perspectives enrich our collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Through this fellowship, we aim to share and promote advanced breast imaging practices across the region, fostering knowledge exchange and raising standards of care.
