Dr Ng Tze Kiat

Dr Ng Tze Kiat is Director of Andrology, as well as senior consultant urologist and kidney transplant surgeon in the Department of Urology, Singapore General Hospital. He is also a Visiting Consultant to the Department of Reproductive Medicine in KK Women’ s Hospital, providing expertise in the Andrology Service.

In addition to two decades of clinical experience as a general urologist, he specialises in male reproductive and sexual health, including erectile dysfunction, male infertility, Peyronie’ s disease and testosterone deficiency. His subspecialty expertise includes penile prosthesis implantation, correction of penile deformity, microsurgical varicocelectomy and microsurgical andrology and sperm retrieval techniques for assisted reproduction.

Dr Ng is actively involved in teaching and mentoring urology residents and fellows. He has contributed to clinical guidelines, research publications and professional education programs, and conference lectures in the Asia Pacific region, mainly on the topic of penile implant and impotence. In his spare time, his other interest includes medical device innovation. He was recently awarded the Clinician Innovator Award by the National Medical Research Council, and has taken a medical device from concept to production, and is currently conducting a clinical trial for the device.
