About Doctor

Dr Toh is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon subspecialising in foot and ankle surgery, with expertise in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, total ankle replacement for end-stage ankle arthritis, joint preservation and complex reconstruction. He completed advanced fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Adult Reconstruction at the University of British Columbia, Canada, where he trained under Professor Murray Penner, a pioneer in modern total ankle arthroplasty, as well as Professor Alastair Younger, an internationally recognised leader in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery. He has also undertaken subspecialty training with Professor Stefan Rammelt in Germany, Professor Jung Hong Geun in South Korea and Professor Masato Takao in Japan, gaining broad experience across the spectrum of contemporary foot and ankle care.

Dr Toh believes successful treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis, clear explanation of treatment options and shared decision-making. Whether recommending surgery or non-operative care, his goal is to relieve pain, restore function and help patients return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.

An award-winning educator and active researcher, Dr Toh has published extensively in leading international orthopaedic journals.
