About

Dr Ng Kah Wee is currently a Senior Consultant with the Singapore General Hospital, Department of Psychiatry. She is also director of the Eating Disorder Program at Singapore General Hospital.

Her area of interest lies in eating disorders and she is involved in caring for patients with general psychiatric conditions as well. She is also a facilitator for the Support for Eating Disorders Singapore (SEDS), jointly run by Singapore General Hospital and Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH).

Dr Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore, with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2004. She subsequently went on and completed the Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) and acquired her Specialist Accreditation.

Dr Ng was awarded the SingHealth HMDP Award in 2013 for Eating Disorder Services at the Institute of Psychiatry, London, United Kingdom.
