About

Dr Yong was awarded the Asean Scholarship to complete her A-levels at National Junior College. She was a trainee in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, SGH and obtained her postgraduate degree in 1995. She received the SGH fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and was attached to St Mary’s Hospital, London and the IVF unit in Hammersmith Hospital in 1998 and HMDP in in-vitro maturation in Ho Chi Minh in 2014.

She is committed to teaching and is Adjunct Assoc Professor for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine,Dukes-GMS,Vice Clinical Chair for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology ACP.
