About

Dr Andrew Wong is a Consultant Family Physician with the Department of Family Medicine & Continuing Care (FMCC), Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He works closely with patients, caregivers, healthcare and community partners in reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization for the elderly in two of FMCC's signature programs (SGH@Home and Hospital2Home).

Dr Wong previously worked as a general practitioner before rejoining the public sector in 2017 with the intent of acquiring more experience and training in caring for elders with complex care needs. His areas of interest lies in medical and patient education, social prescribing and transitional care.
