Dr Loh’s special interests are in Pituitary & Adrenal Endocrinology and Neuroendocrinology, and she works very closely with the Neurosurgery, Urology and Nuclear Medicine Departments at SGH, and the Cancer Genetics Clinics at NCCS. Part of her training was at the Endocrinology and Diabetes & Metabolism Units at King’s College Hospital, London. She is heavily involved in Teaching, being a past Director of Training & Education of the Department of Endocrinology, former Associate Program Director of Curriculum of the SingHealth Residency Internal Medicine Program, and Program Evaluation Committee Chairman of the SingHealth Endocrinology Senior Residency Program. She was the Scientific Chairman for the 2012 Course in Advanced Endocrinology. She actively reviews for both our local medical as well as overseas medical journals, and was previously recognized for Reviewing with Distinction for the Singapore Medical Journal. She has won numerous service awards including the SGH CEO Service Award 2010 and the Singapore Health Quality Service Superstar Award 2012. She has been the incumbent Chairman of the SGH Volunteer Club since 2010.
