Assoc Prof Kenneth Tan Boon Kiat

​Associate Professor Tan Boon Kiat Kenneth, took over as Head, Emergency Medicine in Jan 2019. Prof Kenneth has been a member of the Department since a Registrar. He is a strong clinician with a keen academic interest and has a Master of Science in Medical Toxicology. 

Prof Kenneth is actively involved in teaching, holding appointments as Adjunct Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and as Clinical Core Faculty Member (CCFM) with the SingHealth Emergency Medicine Residency Program. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Faculty Award, RISE Award in 2015. In addition, Prof Kenneth contributes as a member of the Society of Emergency Medicine and the Toxicology Society of Singapore.
