About

Dr Chan Lai Peng is a Senior Consultant Radiologist at SGH and a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Since 2011, Dr Chan has been deeply engaged in clinical informatics, with a focus on harnessing technology to enhance workflow efficiency, productivity, and the optimal use of imaging resources. She is a strong advocate for sustainable, appropriate and value-driven imaging to ensure the responsible use of healthcare services.

As Chair of the MOH Radiology Services Working Committee, Dr Chan provides strategic guidance on professional, technical, and regulatory matters relating to radiology services. She was also the previous Head of Department of Diagnostic Radiology in SGH (2017-2024).

Dr Chan’s clinical interests include musculoskeletal MRI, ultrasound, and musculoskeletal tumours.
