Launch of SingHealth Centre of Person-Centred Care

The launch of the CPCC is also held in conjunction with the annual ESTHER Network (EN) Festival, where we celebrate the projects of EN Coaches and their commitment to Person-Centred Care. 

This event launches the CPCC, a centre that celebrates, enables and connects Person-Centred care efforts. The CPCC is established as there is an urgency in needing to change the way we work, moving away from programmes to persons. 

In our journey we have seen and partnered many prominent efforts, including disease-based support groups, and teams with strong communication training for care professionals. Prominent examples include SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network, NDCS iCARE, and ESTHER Network Singapore. The CPCC aims to also develop effective strategies alongside our colleagues and patients to change the way care is delivered.
