Help Patients Regain Mobility

For many patients, losing mobility before surgery—whether due to knee surgery, stroke rehabilitation, or other conditions—can be a stressful experience. They look forward to walking again, and regular supervised sessions can speed up their recovery and build confidence. 

Through the Walking with a Star programme, volunteers provide guided walking sessions, allowing patients to exercise more regularly and regain strength safely. With the support of physiotherapy volunteers, patients can recover faster, improve mobility, and work towards walking independently again.

Session Details

  • Each session lasts up to 2 hours
  • Weekdays: 10am – 12pm & 2pm – 4pm
