What is SingHealth Partners Buddy?

The SingHealth Partners Buddy (PB) is a GP referral system designed to empower General Practitioners (GPs) by creating a seamless closed-loop referral process. With PB, GPs can easily refer patients to SingHealth Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) and receive timely correspondence replies from specialists back to the referring GPs.

How does SingHealth Partners Buddy work?

View and book available appointment slots for his/her patient

Write an electronic referral letter to the Specialists

Receive replies from Specialists on patient’s condition (Correspondence Note from Specialists)

Receive status updates when the patient is right-sited back to the GP for continued care after discharge from the SOC

How do GPs register for an account to start using Partners Buddy?

The Partners Buddy team (PHIC-Primary Care & Clinical Networks) will arrange a visit and organise a sharing session with GPs who have indicated their interest to be onboarded. Interested GPs can register for the sharing session:
