DOT Right Siting

SingHealth Delivering-On-Target (DOT) Right Siting Programme supports and partners General Practitioners (GPs) in providing seamless care for patients with stable conditions transiting from:

• Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) at the Singapore General Hospital
• Specialty Centres such as the National Heart Centre Singapore and National Cancer Centre Singapore.

Supported by a dedicated team of Right-Siting Officers (RSOs), this program ensures a smooth and easy transition for patients moving from SGH SOCs to Primary Care (GPs and Polyclinics).

We also hold DOT Right-Siting Optimisation Events, where specialists are invited to share with our partner GPs on the management of identified right siting conditions in primary care.

3. Ear, Nose, Throat - Allergic Rhinitis
4. Endocrine - Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism, Grave’s Disease
5. General Medicine - Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension
6. Geriatric Medicine - Fall Prevention, Incontinence, Cognitive Impairment/Dementia, Malnutrition, Functional Decline, Depression
7. Orthopaedics - Osteoporosis, Lumbar/Cervical Spondylosis, Osteoarthritis (joints)
8. Renal - Chronic Kidney Disease, Kidney Donor
9. Respiratory - Asthma
10. Rheumatology - Gout, Serology positive, Sjogren's Syndrome, Soft Tissue Rheumatism
11. Urology – Erectile Dysfunction, Benign Prostate Hyperplasia, Overactive Bladder, Lower Urinary Tract Infections, Elevated Serum PSA
12. Vascular Surgery - Peripheral Arterial Disease, Chronic Venous Insufficiency

With SingHealth DOT Right Siting, patients would be able to enjoy the following benefits:

✔ Consultation charge at participating GP clinics capped at a price range of between $25 to $40

✔ Fast track referral to SOCs as subsidised patients if there is a need for specialist review

✔ Subsidised medication with delivery option to patients' preferred address from SGH or NHCS pharmacy

✔ Subsidised diagnostic laboratory for selected conditions

✔ Follow-up support by RSOs who act as the main liaison between patients, GPs, and specialists
