SGH Research Office (formerly known as Division of Research) was established in 2001, incorporating and expanding the role of the former Research Committee. The Research Office, through its Research Secretariat, serves as a one-stop centre/clearing house for all research-related matters including assisting investigators in their grant submissions during national competitive funding exercises and organizing various training and development programs to meet the specific needs of researchers and trainees alike. The Research Office also maintains a central registry of all staff research projects and scholarly publications.
