Brimonidine Eye Drop - What is it for

Brimonidine belongs to a class of medications called alpha-adrenergic agonists, which is used to treat glaucoma. Brimonidine helps to lower the pressure in your eye by reducing production and increasing drainage of fluid in the eye.
