Su-Ming is the Head of Division of Breast Surgery, Director of Breast Centre
and senior consultant breast surgeon at Changi General Hospital (CGH),
She was a
clinical fellow at the renowned Nottingham City Hospital and at the NHS Royal
Marsden Hospital in London. Upon returning to Singapore in 2000, she
spear-headed the CGH Breast Centre, providing an integrated, one-stop service
for patients with breast conditions. In recognition of her excellence in
patient care, she has received several awards including the Public Service PS21 Star Service award in 2016.
teaches at the Yong Loo Lin, School of Medicine (YLLSoM), NUS, Lee Kong Chien
School of Medicine, is a faculty physician with the Singhealth Surgical
residency programme and a Core Faculty of the PGY1 Singhealth residency programme.
She holds several research grants in various aspects of breast cancer and has
published widely on a variety of breast issues.
