Dr Lim Su Fee is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Rehabilitation Medicine at the Singapore General Hospital. She did her rehabilitation specialist training at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and Veterans Affairs Medical Centres in Houston and Durham.
 
Dr Lim teaches at academic institutions and supervises DNP and PhD students. Due to her wealth of experience, Dr Lim has been invited as guest speaker at many local and overseas conferences. She had won numerous awards, notably the President’s Award for Nurses, which is the highest accolade in Singapore’s nursing profession and AM•EI Golden Apple Generativity Award, which recognises educators who exemplify the spirit of Generativity through nurturing and mentoring. She is also the recipient of several research and innovative study grants.
 
Dr Lim is one of the pioneer collaborative prescribers who can prescribe medicines to patients under her care. Currently she is the nursing lead for RHS-led Community Nursing Programme. Her research interest is in population health.

Cultivating Strategic Partnerships for a Win-Win Outcome

Strategic partnership for win-win is essential for achieving sustainable impactful outcomes. Multiple studies and reports have identified potential characteristics of effective partnership, such as trust and shared objectives between organizations. Enhanced partnership provides wealth of opportunities that leads to mutually beneficial outcomes such as expanded networks and access to new resources, unique skill sets, technologies and knowledge. This lecture will examine and share examples of dynamic strategic partnerships in the community.
