Endovascular Thrombectomy (EVT) is a stroke treatment that extracts blood clots from brain vessels. Through rigorous improvement cycles at the SGH Emergency Department, we reduced median door-to-puncture times by 37%, from 130 minutes to 82 minutes. This significant reduction translates to improved outcomes and reduced disability for acute ischemic stroke patients.
By implementing RPA in our Physiotherapy Department, we've streamlined patient assessments, allowing our therapists to dedicate more time to hands-on patient care. SGH Physiotherapy's RPA system saved 81,488 minutes of manual processing time in 2022 through automated patient assessments.
Our innovative RPA solutions now facilitate regular collection of PROMs, enabling more personalised and efficient patient care strategies including but not limited to faster medication delivery services.
