Pioneering advancements in precision medicine, SGH’s Precision Medicine team develops innovative AI solutions that transform traditional diagnostic approaches. Through our groundbreaking (Haematoxylin and Eosin) H&E 2.0 technology, we're enhancing clinical trial processes and revolutionising biomarker detection, making healthcare more precise and accessible.

Our Projects

Our flagship H&E 2.0 technology delivers virtual immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining at the single-cell level, enabling detailed visualisation of the tumour microenvironment. Through AI-powered biomarker detection from routine H&E images, we provide cost-effective solutions for clinical trial patient triaging. The technology has proven successful across multiple applications, including (programmed cell death ligand 1) PD-L1 detection, immune tumour analysis, and antibody-drug conjugate targeting.
