Profile

Dr Yuen Yih is the Consultant/Director of Health Assessment Centre in the Department of Family Medicine & Continuing Care (FMCC) of the Singapore General Hospital.  He completed his medical training with the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1983, and Masters of Science (Occupational Medicine) in 1991, also with NUS.  He managed the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Program of SGH in the Department of Rehabilitative Medicine, and then focused on Health Screening program in 1990.

His practice interest is in providing personalized preventive care and educating patients on lifestyle modification guiding them towards better health.  His work in health assessment is in support of the objectives in FMCC.
