Profile
Dr Michelle received her basic medical degree from the National University of Singapore. Her post graduate training includes a Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine and she is a fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore. Since May 2021, Dr Tan has lead the department of Family Medicine & Continuing Care to help drive new transitional care models and services in SGH.
