Profile

I am an Interventional Radiologist with the Department of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Singapore General Hospital, Singapore's largest, IASIOS accredited IR centre.

An alumnus of the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and SingHealth Diagnostic Radiology Residency Programme, my formal IR training culminated in the European Board of Interventional Radiology in 2022 and the European Certification for Endovascular Specialists in 2024.

Under the FY 2023 Health Manpower Development Plan award, I was trained in interventional MRI at the Nouvel Hôpital Civil, Hôpitaux Universitaires De Strasbourg, France and Klinik und Poliklinik für Radiologie, Klinikum der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat München, Germany.

My special interest lies in interventional oncology (biopsy, ablation, pain management) although I also routinely provide endovascular treatment (vascular access, angioplasty, thrombectomy/thrombolysis, embolisation).

It is my deep conviction that the local community deserves access to the full spectrum of Interventional Radiology care of the highest quality. I am continuously working on deepening partnerships with clinicians as well as nurturing the future generation of IRs, to achieve and sustain this goal.
